Getting connected with the loving yoga community is a great way
to receive support for your sobriety. Of course, not every yogi
is sober, but your choice to get your life together will be a lot more
respected in the yoga world than in the dive bar you've been holing
up in.
There are many ways to join the yoga kula. The first step
is finding a class that's right for you in your area. Try googling
yoga + your city name. Or visit the Anusara
Teacher Directory where you can search for teachers by state.
Here are a few of my favorites.
