Getting connected with the loving yoga community is a great way to receive support for your sobriety. Of course, not every yogi is sober, but your choice to get your life together will be a lot more respected in the yoga world than in the dive bar you've been holing up in.

There are many ways to join the yoga kula. The first step is finding a class that's right for you in your area. Try googling yoga + your city name. Or visit the Anusara Teacher Directory where you can search for teachers by state.
